Where you could work
Five restaurants, three very different kitchens. Baja Cantina in Glebe, Surry Hills and Bourke St runs high-energy Cali Mex service with a big agave bar. Angelica Norwest is regional Mexican with a big cocktail, tequila and mezcal program. Lucky You Darling in Darlinghurst is contemporary Chinese with a considered wine list. A sixth venue, Lucky Neighbour in Norwest, opens on 24 November 2026 and will need a full team.
The roles we hire for
Front of house, bar, kitchen, supervisors and management, across all venues. Some roles are part-time and casual and fit around study, particularly at our Central venue near the universities. Others are full-time with a clear path into running a room or a kitchen.
What we look for
People who care about the person in front of them and like a busy room. Experience helps, but curiosity about food and drink matters more to us. We hire on attitude and teach the rest.
